Thirty six Dashade Shadow Killers located off their homeworld Urkupp were among some of the only survivors left after the Cron Drift supernova exploded, destroying the planet. The supernova had exploded during the Great Sith War, while this particular group of Dashade were in the service of Falleen royalty. Frantically the remaining Dashade warriors were place in cryogenic suspension to be preserved until they were absolutely needed. As time passed only one elite Dashade warrior, Ket Maliss, remained. He was acquired by Prince Xizor, whose family had passed down the preserved Kat Maliss through many generations. He was awoken by the prince during the Galactic Civil War to become an assassin for Black Sun.
Over the millenia there were a few rumors/sightings of Dashade. Colonies on other worlds may have existed before their home planet was destroyed and there is also evidence Dashade warriors fought in the Great Jedi Purge.
NPC's
So far there has been no confirmed Dashade NPC's other than they will be a companion species in the game.
